I wish they had zero stars Slum lords roaches nasty asf please do not live here the office people are rude as ever I’m sure they are living nice they have nice roaches snakes you would not believe.
It is hard to write a review of another disappointing words to say about PMR properties where I live here on Bedford Avenue the apartment upstairs has so many roaches because they are very unclean we cannot keep the other apartments from now getting roaches. The lady that sprays even share that the apartment is very filthy. How can they in the right mind allow someone to move next door or even move in until they resolve the apartment unit there number 10 being so filthy? If I could rate less I would the office unprofessional as can be, they don't make repairs timely, they do not have emergency maintenence, they break parts of the lease, they perform illegal lock outs, the list goes on. They should not be in business.
They dont deserve a single star a bunch of slumlord and the women in the office are rude bitch they take their time to even answer unless its about rent even than they bitch I woulf stay away from this company it took them 6 months to fix my shower and they had people who couldnt draw with a crayon to fix it and less thean a year later its starting fall in again I will be contacting the city when I move
So during quarantine I have mold collecting my bathroom falling and I felt their my bathroom and so I got a little behind unread so they decided that they were going to evict me while then we go to court and I have one week to get out and stay come in to fix the bathroom and said that they wouldn't be back for 2 days while I moving out so now where do I go to the bath I think this is a little ridiculous and childish and I really don't think they should be running anything
