Dr. Shay at PRM is the beat. He has been treating me for 5 months now and I have my life back. I am able to be back at the gym and playing tennis. I totally recommend him.
The best chiropractor/PT in the area. Have all new state of the art equipment. Dr. Shay listens to your needs and modifies accordingly. The staff is also great.

I have been to chiropractors, physical therapy and massage therapy before, but this is the first time I notice just how helpful and life-changing these treatments can be. All staff are easy to learn from, very comfortable to work with, and available at assorted days/times. I can’t praise PMR enough, and I am so thankful that they have become part of my wellness routine.
Since I started going to PMR of Brewster to see Dr. Ciatto and Dr. Shay, my neck and back feels amazing. I’ve been to several different Chiropractic offices since 2006 and Dr. Ciatto and Dr. Shay are the best. Their professionalism, knowledge and compassion is second to none. In addition to the amazing adjustments, they have all the necessary equipment to stimulate and expedite healing. Moving forward, I will never go anywhere but PMR!
