The treatments I’ve received here have completely changed my physical health for the better. I have been to chiropractors, physical therapy and massage therapy before, but this is the first time I notice just how helpful and life-changing these treatments can be. All staff are easy to learn from, very comfortable to work with, and available at assorted days/times. I can’t praise PMR enough, and I am so thankful that they have become part of my wellness routine.
Since I started going to PMR of Brewster to see Dr. Ciatto and Dr. Shay, my neck and back feels amazing. I’ve been to several different Chiropractic offices since 2006 and Dr. Ciatto and Dr. Shay are the best. Their professionalism, knowledge and compassion is second to none. In addition to the amazing adjustments, they have all the necessary equipment to stimulate and expedite healing. Moving forward, I will never go anywhere but PMR!
Dr. Chris and Dr. Ron are amazing. I came in not able to walk. I thought I needed surgery. They had me feeling great in no time and 2 years later still no surgery and I feel great. I can’t say enough good things about PMR.

One of the best gyms I’ve been to in a long time. Awesome staff,always helpful full of energy! Very family oriented staff! As long as the ownership stays the same this’ll be my gym for ever!
