This was my first visit and I am absolutely pleased with my hair cut and color! The atmosphere was great and Ruth did an amazing job!!! Highly recommend!

The girls there were lovely, however the owner was nice as well... but the way she ran her business in customer service I'd have to disagree on. I spent a little over $800 on fusion extensions here that lasted 2 weeks. When I went back in to ask what was going on, the owner blamed it on my hair type. I went to a couple experts after and had them take a look. The application was done incorrectly, she should have used more hair per strand. They were literally sliding right out of my hair. We have done many extension clients and this has never been the result. Unfortunately, we purchase the hair through another vendor and they would not refund the cost to us 😓 In addition to free removal we offfered free haircut, free color adjustment & deep conditioning treatment along with free Bumble & Bumble product. Nikita is simply amazing! I went into the salon knowing what style of cut I wanted and got JUST that! She also helped color correct my brassiness with a gloss color and I simply LOVE it! 10 out of 10 recommend her for any service. I will be back in soon! Thanks girl :)
Ruby colored and cut my hair. She's amazing and I highly recommend her to everyone. The salon is super cute and clean. First time using the hair products and was happy with the results.
