Very unprofessional, did not show up to scheduled tour, does not answer phone calls, late to respond and very disorganized. I got yelled at by one of the agents for taking away my application (mind you, I didn’t sign the lease), even though I told them I was okay with loosing the $500 deposit. I would recommend working with another agency and to not rent with PMI.
