I lived at Meadow Trail Apartments and had a decent experience during my first month—back when it was privately managed. It wasn’t perfect, but the staff was respectful and you could tell they cared. Then PMI took over, and everything changed—for the worse. They locked the previous management out, and claimed I hadn't paid rent even though my check was in the office. I am a vendor for PMI and they are the best property management company I have ever worked with. Everyone at PMI is a joy to vend for. We do everything from maintenance to turn work. Rusty and Alex oversee the turns and are a pleasure to work with. We have been blessed to have found a company that appreciates their vendors the way PMI does. They are organized, helpful, and do a great job working with the vendors and tenants.

This company is the true meaning of finesse. I ve was thinking we found a pretty decent realtor….. not. We was charged 1800$ for painting in a place were we had no holes in walls or scuffs . We left the house clean and wanted someone to walk through with us.Unfortunately after we moved out we received a letter stating as such . The basement flooded constantly ants and bees was infested for a while (which they did come out many time to contain).but this company 1st red flag was u had to pay a extra fee every time u pay rent p... read more
