I am a vendor for PMI and they are the best property management company I have ever worked with. Everyone at PMI is a joy to vend for. We do everything from maintenance to turn work. Rusty and Alex oversee the turns and are a pleasure to work with. We have been blessed to have found a company that appreciates their vendors the way PMI does. They are organized, helpful, and do a great job working with the vendors and tenants.

This company is the true meaning of finesse. I ve was thinking we found a pretty decent realtor….. not. We was charged 1800$ for painting in a place were we had no holes in walls or scuffs . We left the house clean and wanted someone to walk through with us.Unfortunately after we moved out we received a letter stating as such . The basement flooded constantly ants and bees was infested for a while (which they did come out many time to contain).but this company 1st red flag was u had to pay a extra fee every time u pay rent p... read more
