Editing to say a man named Mick took over my area and sent an email about communication. I emailed him and he called almost immediately to FIX an issue that others refused to help with for months. Mick gets 5 stars! ZERO communication. I own a property under this group in Bloomington IN and they charged me $200 in late fees, because they increased the HOA dues by $2 and did not notify me. Also during the HOA meeting they said there would be no fee increase. Please note I do not care about paying an extra $2. I have never onc... read more
Our current Hoa is terrible. I really miss it when Tamara Chafey was there. She was the best, sweet, gentle and so respectful.
