You don't get the security deposit back even when you clean charges extra for deep clean 450 .00 and painting 750.00 when we moved in you could tell the place was touched up only not to mention we lived there for 2 yrs. Was charged 500.00 to unclogged a bath tube drain so now I owe them 245.00 plus 1800 from my deposit. I would never rent from PMI again..watch out
