Here are some of the facts related to a recent eviction. The current manager at the Charleston location is a person named Jenifer Bawcum. 1.During the eviction it was noticed that the tenants had placed some items on the back porch of the downstairs unit. The downstairs unit was vacant. The manager told one of the tenants to remove her stuff from the back porch and then had her arrested for trespassing. 2.
