I have had a memorable experience with PMI. I have had 3 girls in college in multiple states, colleges and apartments. I have never had to jump through the hoops that I've had to with this apartment company. Needless to say, the process was a little much. It was hard to get contact and feedback but, once I learned the tricks, I was able to get it done. Deether was very responsive and helpful. Working with PMI was simple, easy, and fast. Diether and Ana both were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We have had many rough experiences with renting, but I am extremely happy with the service we received from PMI.
