Don't let this company fool you. Their system messed up my automatic payments, then they tried to charge me extra because of their error and because I was unwilling to pay for their mistake, now I have a collections account. They are crooks and will not honor their fiduciary duty to their tenants. Stay away.
I've been with PMI Chattanooga for a year, and I literally have nothing negative to say yet. They all seem friendly, laid-back, they get back to me in a reasonable amount of time, yeah. It's been pretty great, and I'm not the type of person to give compliments without merit. It was earned. Year one was great. ✨🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ 😎👍
