I have not had good experience with this property management. Their application is lengthy and unnecessary, their deposits are super high, hidden fees once I started my application, and very demanding timeline to pay with slow service. My realtor had called them before to inquire for more info and they never reached back out. I am desperate to get in a place due to job relocation. So I was agreeable to rent this place out. Careless staff, never meet the request on time . I paid for cleaning service when I moved in and the home was not clean very well, spiders and ants . Dust in the corners . I directly emailed them with photos and videos and they didn't show up. I went to their offices and they did nothing . I am moving out this week and they want me to bring two companies for cleaning the home I will pay &430.- and they only limit me with one vendor only.
