My review is specifically for our property manager, Christian. He has been so helpful! He came out over the weekend and helped me when I had a bird stuck in my dryer outtake and was panicking trying to figure out how to save it or get it out of there. He was very kind and very helpful.
PMI Austin Metro has been managing our community for 5+ years now. Managing an HOA Property is never an easy ask, and comes with a lot of stress and headaches. Phyllis K. has done an exceptional job handling our property and all the baggage it comes with. She is respectful, responsive, and professional when dealing with residents. If you are a homeowner and PMI Austin is the HOA for your subdivision, you will have a nightmare on your hands. They will send you a violation with a cryptic photo and when you send an email or call their number, no one will answer. The HOA has too much time on their hands. They will not elaborate on the violation when all you want to know is what exactly the violation is so you can fix it. Nope. This company manages my HOA and is absolutely terrible. The owner Brian is a liar and does not return phone calls or emails for weeks if at all. He wrote an email to the entire Board of Directors for my HOA stating that I bullied him for saying one curse word out of frustration on the phone. Our association will be renewing our contract with another HOA management company.
