This company manages my HOA and is absolutely terrible. The owner Brian is a liar and does not return phone calls or emails for weeks if at all. He wrote an email to the entire Board of Directors for my HOA stating that I bullied him for saying one curse word out of frustration on the phone. Our association will be renewing our contract with another HOA management company. Phyllis at PMI displays exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and engagement to our board! Phyllis is a great communicator and very organized. We just completed our monthly HOA meeting and I’m very happy she is supporting us!
My husband, my son and I stayed for a full 6 weeks at the treetop. Everything about it was excellent. It’s incredibly spacious, and had every amenity we could have wanted including lots of rooms for each of us the privacy to work. , It also has a lovely and fully furnished backyard including a huge hot tub and a sweet terrace off the front The bedrooms are exceptionally roomy, with huge walking closets and adjacent bathrooms. It was modern, clean, quiet and well located. Would definitely stay again!
As a former board member of an HOA that worked with PMI Austin Metro and another property management company, I cannot recommend them or ANY austin property management company, for that matter. They are all the same. They say they’re going to do allll these things for your community, then they take years to get started, delay every step of the process and neglect deadlines and maintenance.
