One of the best patient care services. Great staff and expert physicians.
Avoid this place at all costs if possible. They never answer the phone and you end up waiting 45-1 hr after your appointment time
Why the heck do i have to drive all the way to downey from downtown la, just to make an appointment? ANSWER THE PHONES! WHAT'S EVERYBODY DOING? I SEE 7 OR MORE PCS WITH PEOPLE TYPING AWAY, BUT CANT ANSWER PHONES?
This place is atrocious. They overbook appointments, never answer the phones, don’t call back during business hours, make you wait 1 hr+ after check in, then some more in the exam room. They are SO unprofessional. I get nothing but 5 minutes with the doctor in exchange for my $90 copay. The receptionistsfor Dr. Mitri are useless to patients, they only help the doctor. It’s like everyone there is for the doctors and not the patients. I feel so bad for the patients I see coming in because it’s just not fair to get such subpar ... read more
Wife's appointment was at 0945, seen at 1120. Better call in appointment than show up 1 hour later.
