I rarely leave negative reviews, but after months of dealing with this office, I feel people deserve to know what to expect. My experience started in May, and from the beginning it was one issue after another. Appointments were canceled at the last minute, communication was extremely poor, and getting anyone to answer the phone was nearly impossible. I hope this place gets a visit from the Department of Health. Every employee sitting in that receptionist area is just there for a paycheck. It seems they don't realize they are the face of the establishment. What would it cost you to answer the phone? Authorization submitted 3x by PCP because no one answers/returns calls. Driving 15 miles to make an appointment that i still have to come back for. Standing there in the office listen to them chatter away and rude to elderly patients who have no one to advocate for them. Avoid this place at all costs if possible. They never answer the phone and you end up waiting 45-1 hr after your appointment time
