Whenever I call, I’m always being helped and I appreciate Google so much
This pain management office is always playing games with my mom and her medication. She can't get the prior authorization staff to properly do their job. Every time she calls and leaves a message, nothing gets accomplished. She has been without her medication for weeks. A bunch of slackers work here. The entire department in charge of prior authorization and medication refills are wasting payroll hours. Dr. Manchikanti has treated me for almost 16 years. I was in such pain and was told by Dr Bonutti at Bonutti Clinic that I HAD TO HAVE A COMPLETE KNEE REPLACEMENT! I insisted seeing Dr. MANCHIKANTI first!! With Dr. MANCHIKANTI'S expert knowledge and treatment, I have been able to AVOID THAT REPLACEMENT COMPLETELY! From what I have seen in his office....are people thinking they can get a "pain pill fix". That isn't what Dr. Manchikanti is about. He is a brilliant man that treats with injections. Front desk staff has an attitude and the physician female doctor is rude, no bed side manner, even down to her facial expressions makes you feel like your less than. I tried for months and did all the surgery that she recommended until I refused to let them do some permanent damage to my back. I had no issues with the nursing staff but I’m changing pain management as soon as I see my primary I would not recommend this place to anyone go somewhere else.
