I used to love living here, but PMC property group has been as unempathetic, cruel, and unhelpful as possible in this pandemic. We signed a lease pre pandemic. One room mate of 3 needs to transfer units within Kardon, as her job requires constant contact with people and our apartment has two people with underlying conditions as well as higher risk parents. can anyone tell me if other companies are as greedy and unhelpful as this one? i am still laid off part time due to the pandemic and pmc is still increasing my rent. We are in a pandemic and i am not choosing not to work. I don’t care if it’s a 1% increase or a 10% increase, it’s the principle that this company has made it clear that they care more about money than about fellow humans struggling to make ends meet.
The workers at the Riverwalk Construction Site do not wear masks at all
PMC is extremely money-driven, with no care for the type of experience their renters have. They appear to be nice, new apartments, but the quality inside is horrific. We rent an apartment above a basketball court in Franklin Tower, and are woken up several times per night to booming sounds from people shooting at the hoop. As a prewar building it comes with all the character such properties are known for. Heaters are controlled by the building through old school radiators, air conditioners are necessary and installed in the window by Maintenance in a schedule.
