can anyone tell me if other companies are as greedy and unhelpful as this one? i am still laid off part time due to the pandemic and pmc is still increasing my rent. We are in a pandemic and i am not choosing not to work. I don’t care if it’s a 1% increase or a 10% increase, it’s the principle that this company has made it clear that they care more about money than about fellow humans struggling to make ends meet.

PMC is extremely money-driven, with no care for the type of experience their renters have. They appear to be nice, new apartments, but the quality inside is horrific. We rent an apartment above a basketball court in Franklin Tower, and are woken up several times per night to booming sounds from people shooting at the hoop.
