What is going on with the PMC medical groups? Nobody’s answering their phones their mailboxes are full. You can’t leave a message. I am a patient and I am out of my meds. What do I do? It was difficult for my PCP to have to supply me with my meds for three months. According to PMC I owe them $50 for a missed appointment. I never missed that appointment. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They screw up the billing, you call, spend an hour on hold, they say its taken care of, then they send you to collections, and also have their diagnostics bill you separately. Who then also sends you to collections despite repeatedly saying "its taken care of"
I overpaid when i mey my deductable in Febuary. They would not let me see the provider unless i paid my visit price, which i shouldnt have, bc i already made my deductable. I had no choice but to pay it and called them about it several times. Finally i got on a 3- way call with Medicare saying this is a VIOLATION and that PMC needs to pay me.
