My pregnant wife called to schedule an appointment to come see a vehicle since the sales associate told us to call when ready since they were not letting people on to the lot without an appointment. The sales associate Ryan belittled and raised his voice to my wife and went on to tell her this is not how it is done i don't know who told you that and that she would have to do everything online before seeing the vehicle which is not what we were told the day before. I have to say that P.M. Standley Motorcars was very professional and friendly. With Codvid 19 going around we did everything via e-mail and phone. When I went to go look and test drive the car they made sure everything was clean and safe. Best car buying experience ever. If anyone is looking for a used car. please check them out. I love my car!!!
Working with Ian was Great but the experience was strange. The dealer package inflated the purchase price by $1,600. I negotiated a possible cash price pending test drive. Right before test drive, I was informed the car was sold late last week and was pending financing approval. Poor internal communication. I paid cash for a car at another dealership. Be sure to ask for the detailed price.
Awesome experience! They handled everything very professional. Cars were in excellent condition and the 300 I purchased is super luxurious. And they even delivered the car and I did all my paperwork at home. Highly recommended P M Standley Motorcars!
High deeler fees which is why their prices look good
Very good
All I’m going to say is that after the sticker price (which was a good deal) and trade in and ttl were all added up there was a $1745 prep/doc fee added in (so much for the good deal). Needless to say I didn’t purchase and wouldn’t purchase anything from this place.
