They were initially helpful and acted like they could drop the price a few hundred dollars on the vehicle we were looking at, but then wouldn't budge on the price once we were serious about purchasing. Also, there was rat poop in vehicle! Which we didn't see until we had all of our kids in it and our son picked up one of the rat droppings!!! They also did the "double team" high pressure sales talk at the end, and have continued to call us even though we told them we are not interested.
