Courteous and interested in my business
Met with Chad (salesman) and unfortunately the car I was looking at was just sold. Not his fault. I did not call ahead of time, but he was still very apologetic. Hope he can find another one soon.

May the trip to dealer. Walked around with salesman to find out car was not there. Cars had conflicting data(mostly year model )written in it. Salesman told what I could do to fix items pointed out. Cerified? Dealership doesn't allow outsde finance until you go through theirs first. High cars great
They do not sell at this price. This price is to make you walk in the door. Once you reach they tell you you have to pay 2k to 5k extra for some upgrades they have done. Cheap sales tricks.

We came JUST TO LOOK ...1 1/2 hours later, my mom got her car!!!!!! BEST DEAL EVER! VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND STAFF, from the receptionist to the Supervisor!!! Most POSITIVE Car buying experience EVER!!! I recommend this car dealership to all family and friends!

I asked about a car and didn’t get an answer but the proverbial question “when can you come in?” I asked again about the car. Same question asked back... listen to your customer’s questions first.

They will not let you use your own financing even if it’s better than theirs. Was told by their sales person that’s how they make profit. I chose not to buy from them for that reason.
