Lived here for 4 years—during that time, my only complaints were my neighbors incessant smoking and drug use (it wasn’t uncommon for a drug deal to take place in the hallway of my building). But what was most upsetting was moving out. The property manager is difficult to get ahold of on the phone and gave misinformation regarding my security deposit. Super frustrating. Also, beware when it comes to the gas bill—it’s not based off reality, just estimates and they’ll make stuff up.
