Had a pleasant experience talking with with Annmarie - no problems there. One weird thing. They advertise a 1200 month - and require around 4x rent - if you make less than $60,000 (a large percentage of americans,) you are unable to apply. If you make less than $30 dollars an hour don’t even try. Also they only accept checks - very old school when there should be an option to pay online. Lived here for 3 years. Had a pleasant experience living within walking distnace to downtown plymouth and both landladies are wonderful. Maintenance requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently, all I had to do was leave a voice-mail with the office and it would be done within a day or two.
