I told my laptop in to have hinges replaced I was charged $100. The hinges was never replaced. Instead of replacing hinges. When I pulled out laptop to use for the first time laptop made a klick klack noise. I notice my laptop was unlevel and screen did not lay flat. So I took it back a second time for repair.
