Went in a week ago and two of my nails came off already. When they came off I noticed he didn’t buff my whole nail. I haven’t gotten my nails done in 6 months and this was my first time getting them done. Also the guy I got them done by was complaining my hands were “freezing” when I only walked from my car into the salon. This is my favorite place to get my nails done. There’s hardly ever a wait and all the reps are good.
The last two times I have been in there they put the wrong color on my toes. I clearly gave them the number and pointed to it next to the nail color. They don’t show you the bottles when they bring it over to the chair. I picked a dark violet (almost black) and I got a dark red. The pedicure was good. Not going back though.
