I am so disappointed with this location. I came in with a friend this evening and left wondering why I paid for this service. The staff was very rude and rushed through the manicure. My polish has bubbles and when I asked the technician to round my edges she handed me a nail file and told me to do it myself. I go to the Coppell location regularly and have never had an experience like this. This was by far the worst salon experience I have ever had.
Love, love this nail salon. Yummy cocktails and amazing mani and pedi's.
Great place to go for your birthday- they give half off all service plus very gentle and calming.
