He told my wife that she must have a procedure done via open heart surgery for 3 specific reasons. 2 of the reasons were not applicable and if he had reviewed the test results sent to him by the cardiologist he would have known that.

I had quadruple bypass on 23APR20. Dr. Pluscht is a no-nonsense guy with a huge load. I appreciate his focus, drive and skill. I prepared some questions for him and he answered all of them to my satisfaction. While he is very business driven and to the point, I found his demeanor to be quite pleasant and jovial when he had the time to afford that. Dr. Pluscht replaced my mitral valve recently, using a minimally invasive surgical procedure. I could not be happier with the outcome and entire surgical process. Outstanding....

My experience with Dr Pluscht was terrific. He replaced my mitral valve In December 2014 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope without any issues. He is a very busy man and I respect what he has done for me. This was my third heart surgery with the first two in Cincinnati where I'm from each with removing atrial myxomas. May God bless him for what he has done for me and so many others... This includes my supervisors' sister, who he operated on this morning at Providence Hospital here in Mobile.

I was operated on April 4th for a 5.8 amyerism at thomas hospital I was discharged on the 5th every thing he said he did. I have read people say he is arrogant I liked his arrogance and his professionally deffinally would recommend him and his staff thank you.

I had heard nothing but good things about Dr. Pluscht as a surgeon. However if you have the unfortunate death of a loved one following the surgery. Which I feel had nothing to do with him as a surgeon. I hope you do not need him to sign off on a death certificate. We have been waiting a month to get a response from him. This is certainly not what you want to deal with after the death of a loved one.

I like him and his staff....the entire practice! I don't think a jovial personality has a place in a critical life or death medical procedure. Some of The reviews that I read were very critical of his personality. Would you rather hear a cute joke from your surgeon and die or have a great surgeon save your life and not tell you a joke? I choose the later. I am greatful for his skills in making me well and extending my time here on earth. Roger Sovine

Dr. Plusch performed my bypass surgery in September of 2017. I cannot say enough great things about the entire process. His office, staff and follow up are all top shelf. If you are in need of his services, I highly recommend Dr. Pluscht

Hopefully this surgeon has talent He certainly has no people skills And is Very arrogent and short with the patient We were not convinced that Dr Pluscht was conveying the whole truth to us He was always in a hurry and very abrupt when dealing with our critical heart condition My spouse had a lot of post operative problems Dr Pluscht offered no assistance in resolving these issues and pushed us off on a cardiologist who had no idea what to do We cant recommend him
