Ridiculous. I highly hope anyone to avoid this company. At the beginning, when I was in China, I had a virtual tour of 4 S 43rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19104 with Thai Dinh. Thai claimed this apartment was very quiet. But when I came to move in on June 10.
