I use Plus One on almost a daily basis and I can say that without a doubt they’re the best hvac service company in Birmingham. Lisa is always helpful, friendly, and fast with scheduling and you can’t beat the professionalism and knowledge of Alan, Mark, Daniel, and James. I can’t say enough good things about them, even Mark, who wrote a review for my company and mentioned how great my coworkers were but not me ;)

I could not not say enough about how great these guys are. every person at plus one I interacted with is just so nice and easy to talk to. my hvac technician Mark was in all aspects of his visits highly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellence. on top of this he was generous enough to let me in on the process and help me understand everything he was doing. Alan did an excellent job—he was friendly, answered all my questions, finished the work the same day, and left everything clean. The owner even brought extra material and a different part so the technician could keep working, and I really appreciate how hands-on he was. It gave me a lot of confidence in the repair, and I’ll definitely be using them again for my HVAC needs.
