Smaller gym with limited equipment, no bubbler, no separate stretch area. Bathrooms and workout areas are clean and well maintained.

I gave only one star because I think there were around seven people in the gym, and only three of them had a towel. I believe I was asked to leave because of my skin color

Plus fitness Warners bay is an excellent gym, Nick, Brian and Jackie are inviting and always happy to help. Being part of the gym for over a year now it is more than a gym it’s like a family. Where I have gained much more then just skills and enjoy coming to the gym and love the PT sessions. I always have a good laugh and a chat with the team and have gained much more then just skills but friendships out of the gym. I have been to my share of gyms and plus fitness warners bay has been the most welcoming gym! The gym itself is the cleanest public gym I have been to. The equipment is up to date. The staff are amazing! I train pt with Jackie and she is an absolute gem! Nick is approachable with any issues (he even installed a few fan at the back of the gym after it being brought to his attention without being made to feel like an inconvenience!) 10/10 would recommend and you won’t regret it!
