debbie s Last summer I had to use Plunketts for my bee troubles. I had so many bees around my deck and they came in and did an awesome job at getting rid of them and making it where you were able to enjoy sitting on the deck again. Very friendly and available right away.
So Angry I am so angry, upset, crying...and I rarely cry. My experience is that the people at Plunkett's don't give a ****, and that they have a commercial interest in NOT addressing a problem. I just called to express my dissatisfaction, and all the woman did was pass blame. Horrible customer service! At a minimimum, you say, "I'm sorry you're dealing with this. I'm sorry that, even after the exterminator has been out twice, you're plugging the whole under the radiator yourself, a hole which we laced with poison instead of ... read more

Pretty good Plunkett's helped get rid of a few pests at a couple of different apartment buildings I've lived at in recent years. They do a pretty good job - they come back if there are any issues.
