The viewing was on a Sunday and I didn't think that they would be able to deliver on Sunday so I asked for Saturday. The owner recognized the name and knew that the viewing was on Sunday and offered to deliver on Sunday, at no charge because she was already delivering three other arrangements for the same funeral.
