My water stopped working on a Sunday morning. I called 3 companies that advertise “24 hour emergency service” prior to calling PlumbServe LLC. 2 said the earliest they could make it out was Monday afternoon, the third I’m still waiting to hear back from. PlumbServe LLC had Josh at my house within an hour and my water restored in under a half hour. Josh was awesome. I called company yesterday, and they had Zack come this morning to repair several quite large areas of plumbing issues I was having. He arrived on time, and after he made his brief introduction and explained the protocol he would be following, he promptly began to evaluate all areas of plumbing I had been having problems with, and returned to wait for me to approve the estimate quote that the company had sent to my phone. Zachary was fantastic! He was very attentive and made sure to investigate all of the plumbing in the home, not just where our initial complaint was! The communication was fantastic, and they did a great job making it out despite the winter storm!
Work was done very efficiently and my plumber Zack was very personable and knowledgeable!
We had just built a new house when all said and done we messed up and installed a cheaper tankless water heater and of course there were problems right off the bat. But after asking Josh his thoughts we replaced it instead of just throwing parts at the other one and had them repipe the water filter of softener that another contractor did. Yes we paid for t but I know it’s done right and we are ok with that Would I recommend them again. Oh yes with out fail.
