I ordered Kiara shower system by Newport Brass from Plumbing Overstock in July, 2021. The order# 77012404. Plumbing Overstock charged my card before shipping the goods ( over $1,000 ) and promised to ship the order within 3 days. Then they extended the date to 3 weeks. In the meantime I got a diverter only that has been installed in my reno bathroom already. I never received a shower head or a faucet. I am extremely satisfied with my shower and bath trim package. The items are very high quality and reasonably priced. I was having difficulty finding a diverter form my shower and Josh was quick to respond and help me locate the item and have it shipped from Canada. Above and beyond. (On a side note please disregard an earlier review as I confused Plumbing Overstock with another company I had a bad experience with. These guys are great and I highly recommend.
My order came quickly and was what I expected. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it after all, due to a floor joist. I was able to return the product, with a 20% restocking fee. Overall, I was satisfied with their service, speed, and product. It was just my fault for not realizing I couldn't use the item before ordering.

Great customer service, and beautiful stuff to choose from. Will definitely use them again when I do my upstairs bathrooms!
Excellent experience - I was looking for unvarnished brass bathroom faucets and shower systems for a master bathroom & a guest bathroom. I had a hard time finding unvarnished brass, not only on line but in specialty stores as well...and what I did find was more than I could justify paying. We placed numerous large orders withe Plumbing Overstock. While the ordering process was easy and they were extremely responsive and helpful, receiving the items has been a different story. We STILL don't have all of our items (4+ months later) and we have gotten a number of excuses like: we were out on holiday, we are having problems with the distribution warehouse, etc. I have had to be the one following up with them questioning where my order is.
