My husband and I are Plumbing Nerds Pass members. The Plumbing Nerds were just at our house about a month and a half ago for an HVAC inspection. We were told that everything is perfect, but we should install a hard start kit, so we took the recommendation. Our A/C stopped working today so we called Plumbing Nerds. I always ask for plumber Sean in order to get efficient, professional service that only requires one visit. He replaced a cartridge in the shower that was corroded, and also installed a wireless hot water heater. He worked tirelessly in a very hot location without complaint for almost an entire day until the job was done and he left the place in better shape than when he started. Carlos Gonzales arrived to help me with a suspected leaking dishwasher. He’s the best! So friendly, professional and efficient - extremely competent! Such a pleasure!! He determined where it was leaking and offered options. I will always request Carlos for my plumbing - I trust him. Great job!
