RecommendedI usually don't rate a service if it's just ok but if it's bad or exceptional I do. I must say Plumbing care really does a great service, they were prompt and took the time to help me get the recall work done on my water heater even the paperwork from AO Smith. This is the second time dealing with my recall you guys are exceptional.
We needed a new garbage disposal and a tankless water heater service. The tech was fast, explained everything he did, and did a great job installing the new disposal. I will use this company again!
I had a shower drain backing up and it was a tricky problem, but Plumbing Care stayed on it until the problem was solved. I really appreciated their front office communication.

Why water heaters and toilets seem to leak or need replacing on a Sunday I'll never know. Plumbing Care has replaced a water heater on a Sunday then had to come back twice to repair two leaky toilets. Response time and service are 5 stars! Thank you Plumbing Care!
