I called Plumbco for a quote on replacing my hot water heater and Doris gave me the price after asking a few questions. The figure was significantly less than that quoted by another firm. The plumber, Butch Hanson, installed the new hot water heater and the price was the one quoted. A couple days later there was a gas odor. They did a great job installing my water heater! They so the installations for a major home improvement store. I saved about $200 by calling directn- $100 off installation plus they obtained the water heater with a 12 year warranty that I wanted at contractor's price. I highly recommend them!
5 stars for the work performed and 0 stars for the incredible rudeness from Doris in the office. I am a renter and hot water heater died over the holidays. I informed my landlord in Kansas City and he asked me to contact Plumbco as his plumbers had retired. Work was scheduled, hot water heater installed, and all was good. I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot water tank go out on me. I went to Home Depot and purchased one for this company to pickup and install. Although Home Depot didn't have there act together this company very much did and I am so grateful. From the time of calling for the appointment to the complete install this company went above and beyond what I consider super excellent customer service.
