Daniel did a brilliant job. Couldn’t believe the amount of black stuff that came out of my air conditioning unit!! Daniel was also very careful and was mindful of my furniture etc. Great job and well worth the money. Plumb need to give Daniel a bonus!!
Can’t recommend Plum Heating and Cooling enough. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. They even set me up with a temporary hot water system while waiting for the new one to arrive, which was super helpful. The guys who did the install were friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Really happy with the service all around.

Aden, the attending technician came for a regular service and to review a fault for a Brevis Evaporative Cooler. He found that the fault was with a damaged switchboard which I was initially doubtful of. However, he patiently explained the cause and even sent videos which clearly showed the issue. He also showed me photos of the EC before and after cleaning and I'm sure u'll agree with me that he did a great job! Thanks Aden and Plum!
