Booked split system clean and service. Plum were able to fit the job in next day. Super efficient and great communication. Daniel arrived to do the service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Plum Heating and Cooling Services.
We were very happy with the service. The young man went out of his way to accommodate my request to replace some duct shutters. We wish him all the success in the future.
Daniel was great – he arrived early but didn’t want to bother me when it wasn’t time yet, he was really quick, and he explained what the problem was and how he fixed it perfectly. Plumb was really eager to please in general, too, letting me know when an earlier appointment became available. Overall excellent service and would definitely recommend.

Always a great experience with Plum. We got both our heating & air conditioner serviced. The booking process was easy and the time frame for the servicing was short. The tradesmen were professional, efficient, friendly and made us aware of what was happening as the appointment progressed. Highly recommended.
