Verified Renter Overall I enjoy living here which has been since 2019. I plan on continuing to live here. My apartment meets my needs and has enough space. I really like the dog friendly atmosphere. My big concern is the rent cost. I find it somewhat expensive and excessive. The amenities go up every year and when you’re watching your expenses can add up quickly. But the overall experience is positive.

Verified Renter We have been living at Ventana for about 5 years now. Overall it's been a positive experience. The location is convenient, close to nearby places like shops, doctors and restaurants. Maintenance is [responsive and common areas are clean. Amenities like the gym and pool are always clean , open and comfortable.
Verified Renter Love how it feels so homey here. The office staff are always willing to listen and offer help when you have a question. It is a small community quiet here. The view of the golf course is amazing.
Verified Renter This year it's worse, the bottom of the pool is very dirty and there are ants all around the edge. The gate for cars is always broken and open. Neighbours leave their rubbish outside the bins and on days when it isn't collected. The air conditioning in the gym is also broken most of the time. The room where parcels are collected always has problems...

Verified Renter I moved her in January 2025 and I must say it has been absolutely amazing no complaints whatsoever. If if there were any problems they always quick to respond. The staff is extremely friendly and nice.
Verified Renter Love the events that are held. I also love that we have the new updated gate system. It is very convenient to be able to open the gate from the press of a button on my phone.
Verified Renter I love the community and the management is amazing ! So kind and helpful. They really care ! The grounds are kept up and an amazing pool. Maintenance request are done very quickly. I love it here!
