Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful with all of my questions and made the process super easy when in most places it is difficult, not here with PLP Management, they were extremely wonderful!! I would recommend this property management to anyone and everyone!
I lived in Stanford Manor the past 6 months and they are doing a great job with the remodels! My apartment was recently done and everything was new. Shanna was always friendly, fast to respond, and made the move in process easy. Rent was reasonably priced compared to other rental companies in town. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the property is still under remodels so there is construction noise, the parking lot is in bad shape, and the hallways look run down. Been living in a PLP managed property for 2 years, going on 3 and highly recommend them! Shanna has been great at responding to any questions or parking issues. Maintenance requests have been dealt with very quickly and professionally. Very reasonably priced with rent only increasing by $25 each year, no hidden fees or shady practices.
