As we all know, searching for a rental can be stressful. It's even more stressful when you feel deceived by the company managing a property. I have hopes our experience is a rare one. We toured a home in Olathe, KS on Dec 12, 2024, and the employee showing it was Alan Bowden. During said tour, he stated that if we apply within the next 24 hours he will waive the application fee. Shanna (property manager) was great during my lease. She was always quick to respond, more than accommodating to my moving schedule (I moved cross-country for graduate school), and was a great property manager all-around. I lived in Dynasty, and felt it was a good price for what was provided, and having Shanna as the property manager made my experience that much better.
