I brought my lawnmower and a chainsaw to them for repairs. She said “they are 4 weeks out on repairs but we’ll work on the lawnmower as soon as we can”. I got a call in less than a week telling me that the lawnmower was fixed and ready to go. The chainsaw, which I really didn’t need, took 4 weeks. I was expecting it to be something serious and it was. They told me it would need a new engine and they would be happy to order it. It wasn’t worth it and they recycled it for me. I had an issue with my toro zero turn bagger. Dave was behind the counter, dropped everything and got me fixed on the spot Great service. Beyond expectations
I had an issue with a tubeless riding lawnmower rear tire not inflating and they fixed it immediately. Pricing was very reasonable. I now have a new service center for my lawn/snow equipment.
