Great experience living in one of the pledge properties. We are now in our 3rd year at ***** **** ****and can’t say enough about the experience and commitment the owners and the staff have to their tenants. Bobby and the maintenance crew are professional and accommodating. Definitely a 5 star residence. *** *************

We have been living in ******* ******s Luxury Apartments since October 2020. They are very new and modern. Hardwood floors throughout and a garage! New stainless steel appliances, very roomy bathroom, central air, and access to a large yard and woods with trails to walk our dogs. I believe they have sound proofing between the apartments, because we never hear our neighbors! The view outside our slider is beautiful (grass and woods). Mr. Rodríguez with the maintenance team at PPM is wonderful to work with! Very kind, professional and persistent! He kept contact throughout the whole process of my heating problem being fixed to assure everything was being done and done right!
Lived at **** ** ********* ** ******* *or 2 years. Paid almost $1500 of rent monthly. No complaints or issues during my stay. After I moved out they charged me almost $1300 for 3 mini blinds that I replaced the week I moved out. Some minor cleaning on their part for bathroom vent and cleaning oven residue. $750 for sanding and painting over spackling I applied over nail holes. The claims in this review are simply not true. We have before and after photos of the unit. All of our move out charges are per vendor's invoice.
I have rented twice from this company and they have always been flexible and helpful. Very responsive to emails and calls. They promptly answer any maintenance requests and have been very open to work with me through several difficult times in my life.
I've never reviewed a company before, but potential tenants deserve to know this one gets the lowest rating possible. No matter how much you like the property, trust me it's not worth it to deal with the unresponsive & unaccomodating property manager Alex, and his painstakingly unprofessional team who have no problem yelling at you on the phone and through emails.
