We would like to recognize Bobby and Steven for a job well done this morning. They were coming over to replace 2 blinds for us and our microwave broke down. After replacing the blinds, Bobby picked up a new microwave from the office and Steven replaced it for us, They also fixed a window for us! I was having problems with my toilet. I contacted the property management office. As it was a Sunday I knew they couldn’t do anything until Monday. Roman arrived in the afternoon. He was very polite and efficient. He cleared up the problem within minutes.

I just moved into a townhome managed by Pledge and had a bit of a disaster with my washing machine. Bobby and Roman were on site within an hour and handled everything with grace and friendliness. I think the first words that Bobby said were along the lines of “It’s ok, we’ll take care of everything. I've rented from them for nearly 5 years. When my fridge broke, Roman was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and fixed my problem very quickly! I can't thank him and the rest of the Pledge Team enough.

Roman came over the same day I submitted a work order, not only did he fix the issues/concerns but also explained to me how to avoid the issues in the future. Very knowledgeable and professional.
