RecommendedMy fav place to go, for brunch, lunch dinner and drinks! Nice tables on the patio with umbrellas, right on the corner (so lots of people watching 😉) there is also plenty of seating inside. The food is very tasty, I've pretty much tried everything!! Bottomless mimosas on certain days, awesome breakfast fries, tons of Gluten Free options, including local GF bread. The owner and the staff feel like family, and the service is the best. I'm stoked I love right down the street from ESE. Come try it out!

They have number one plaques on their chili and clam chowder.. I see why!! Best New England clam chowder I’ve had in Santa Cruz. I’ve eaten on the wharf and at the harbor and none of them compare to the clam chowder at East side eatery.
super good wings. crunchy skin to the last wing. pizza was tastey too. super fluffy crust but still had some chew, elasticity and outside crunch

A great outside patio, friendly staff, dog friendly, expanded happy hour menu and the people watching is fun! It's a favorite stop when I'm in town!!

Wow! 2nd time here at the East Side Eatery and it was spectacular! Holly was so nice and had great customer service! Highly recommend the tri tip sandwich or the Rio Del Mar chicken pesto sandwich!! We'll be back for sure! Gota try more menu items. ����
