I've lived here since 2012. When Vicky and Peggy were managing this place. When Roy was the community's trusted handyman. When Vicky's daughter took over, when Chloe took over, and now, Vanessa and Dale. I've seen the neighborhood children grow up from elementary to high school and hopefully, moved on to college. They used to knock on my door and ask to cut my grass, help me bring my groceries in, asked if they can play on my yard, or even asked for money for snacks. It always felt and still feels safe. Flawless move in and one of the nicest affordable homes I could find in the area. Property manager was very helpful on all fronts.
The manager Vanessa is very lovely and helpful! The leasing process was simple and quick, I definitely recommend this place ! It’s very quiet and homey 🙂
