10/10 highly recommend!! Friendly staff, quiet, nice & a clean community. The neighbors are friendly. If you’re looking to rent or buy I suggest coming check out pleasant view. Get with Mrs. Chloe she will help anyway that she can!
I could have not been placed in better hands than that of Mrs. Chloe Davis-Kates at Pleasant View. She was patient and informative with me and my wife as we seeked out home after home for the one that best fits us. She walked us through each steps and assured we were informed of our next steps until we closed on our home. It’s a good place Chloe is a good manger if u have a problem she takes care of it right away there’s a couple things I am concerned about is people that lives there is not following the rules about dogs weather they rent or buying the trailer everyone needs to follow the park rules they let their dogs run loose and crap in other people yards the lease says they must be on a lease at all times when out side and some has more than one animal and they are not service animals another thing is if some people are allowed to have s... read more
The park is nice and quiet, Ms Chloe is very nice. There are more then a few loose animals but nothing to bad
I have been living here since 2012. Back then I would say never move here but alot has changed since then. We have had a few different Office Managers but our current one Chloe is amazing. If you have concerns or issues she will be quick to address it.
