We moved here from an hour and a half away, we were originally drawn by the property itself. As soon as we got here and met Chloe we knew we had found a winner. Chloe was informative, helpful, transparent and helped us find the perfect home for us at the right price. We were presented with options and all the time we needed. The office manager Chloe is top notch professional and always a pleasure to talk with. Dale, also in management is kind, courteous and friendly as well. I would highly recommend this park. Many positive changes have occurred since Chloe took over the manager position. Prior management was poor leading to negative reviews but it's all better now under Chloe's management.
When we moved in we thought we were getting a nice mobile home. Come to find out they cover up alot of stuff just to get people to move in. We opted for lease to own. Bad idea!! Initial repairs were never completed then after the first 90 days they decline doing any repairs as "you own it". Nor would they repair the poor workmanship by thier maintenance man or the flooring that was poorly done by a sub contractor. That's just the tip of the iceberg.
