Just like many of the others I had a very similar experience. One year ago son broke his arm and had to have surgery with Doctor Joshua Richards from an in- network who picked this facility. We were told we need to get this done right away. Given we thought we had Anthem insurance and the out of network fees would be capped, we would be ok. A year later we got a bill for $77,000 !?!! I liked the staff when I was seen there but you can’t ever get anyone on the phone!! They will not answer. I have been trying to pay my bill for MONTHS and I can’t ever get anyone on the phone. It’s ridiculous.

Said to be here at 7am by doctor’s office. No confirmation call. The main doors were locked. Had to go to a side door that was never mentioned. Procedure was scheduled for 8:30 am. People with later times were taken before me. It is 9:30 am and I still haven’t been seen. This place is a joke. It is run down and there is no customer service.
