I got a referral to meet this doctor and I couldn't even explain myself or get an appointment without the front desk cutting me off. They were so rude. Going to ask my doctor for another referral.
Threatened to charge me a fee when I asked for a cancellation due to a fever. They do not care about your personal situation or potential for contamination. I came in anyways since they would not accommodate me for 1.5 months if I did not come in. The appointment was delayed by one hour, which is apparently normal in this office.
