I would not recoommend to live here Recently they told my brother that he will be evicted if he does not move to their 2 bedroom apartment. He has 2 kids 1 is under 2 years old and the other is 3 years old. They are telling him he violates the law for occupancy standards. He signed the lease with both of the kids and his wife's name on the lease. They signed it too.

Fair Lease Rates but Worst Resident Staff The lease amount is reasonable but it offers no incentive to face the worst resident staff. a very well-maintained apartment complex This is a great place to live with excellent staff available 24*7 to take care of all your needs. Close to shopping and transportation to NYC, this is one of the best apartment complexes around. Parking spaces are assigned and visitor parking is a problem, but you can always ask for overnight visitor parking in advance. Check this out if you are looking for apartments in this area.
Poor Management and less cleanliness The apartments have poor management and donot respond quickly to your problems. Many of the homes have roaches problem. They call ex-terminator but problem doesnt seem to get solved....may be due to less cleanliness. PROS: Pets are allowed CONS: Not clean

Franklin Manor I had the opportunity to check this place out when I was apartment shopping. I was attracted to this place because its centrally located near the bus stop and train station. Great if you work in the city. Prices were reasonable for the available square footage. HOWEVER, maintenance left alot to be desired. Super also seemed to do a very poor job of keeping the hallways clean. I saw trash and loose newspapers everywhere. Apartments could definitely use a fresh coat of paint as well.
