STAY AWAY!!! The end of March 2011 is the end of my lease, and I am counting down the seconds! Let me tell you a little bit about my experience as a pleasantview gardens resident... We moved in the end of March 2010. It was still cool in temperature, but with in a few days we began to smell cat urine. Tenant I had a great experience with the resident staff here. They were friendly the entire way and the super does a great job of keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. The only criticism I have is the dryer has not been fixed in awhile, but there be other circumstances for that. Overall, a great place to get an apartment for youself.
Satisfactory Apartments, Good service, Bad Management The Apartments are 30+ years old. Some apartments are renovated and are leased at a higher rate. Apartment rents are on the higher side which is understandable considering proximity to malls etc. in Piscataway. Apartment designs and layouts are older and leave a lot desirable in terms of the ventilation. There is one AC in each apartment which may be an older piece. I would not recoommend to live here Recently they told my brother that he will be evicted if he does not move to their 2 bedroom apartment. He has 2 kids 1 is under 2 years old and the other is 3 years old. They are telling him he violates the law for occupancy standards. He signed the lease with both of the kids and his wife's name on the lease. They signed it too.
