The staff were very kind, personal and professional during my six-month visit. I'm sure it was a challenging situation with my back surgery, but everyone made certain that I was comfortable and did the cleaning job even tho I had slacked off on the flossing due to health complications. I was a little surprised at the bill because it was higher than what I was used to in Mystic, CT, but it is good to feel that I have clean teeth and be assured that all is well.

Associates always pleasant - assume cleaning is done well (teeth have not fallen out in the last two years) - thorough exam - explains any options for further treatment - office clean

I've only been going to Pleasant Street Dental for about 2 years, but every experience I've had there has been great. The hygienists are thorough, yet gentle, and know an awful lot about the human mouth. The equipment is state-of-the-art, at least compared to what I had in Northern Virginia, an area I thought would have been as modern as it gets. I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice. I transferred my daughters there from another local dentist and they were great! They got us right in and made an on the spot adjustment so they could see both my kids at the same time. Hygienists were exceptional- especially with my 6 year old and the Dentist was wonderful with a very approachable and kind demeanor.

Like the title indicates, my dental visit was A+ okay. When I left, my teeth felt so clean and completely checked over, that I didn't want to get tem "dirty" by eating lunch! But of cursrse, I did have lunch anyway. A friendly and complete dental service, so far in my experience and I am 74.
