I requested an appointment as a new patient on January 27th. The office emailed me the same day with availability for the week. I emailed back within minutes to let them know I'd take a 1pm appointment on the 30th. I didn't hear back, so I called the next day. The 1pm appointment was no longer available and I couldn't make the other times they were offering. They said they haven't even checked their emails (so obviously didn't get my timely response). What way to start off with a new patient! I told them forget it.
Amazing!! Thats what I keep repeating over and over because I am so in shock at how amazing Dr. Vijitha Bandla and her staff were during my visit! It was very easy and comfortable making an appointment and checking in, her receptionist was so kind! The dental assistant was so welcoming and explained everything so well. Dr. Vijitha Bandla Was so knowledgeable and her plan of care for my teeth made sense but above all prioritized my comfort. Dr. Bandla and her staff were wonderful to work with! The office is very clean and welcoming, and everyone made me feel at ease right away. I usually feel hesitant about going to the dentist, but Dr. Bandla explained everything clearly, never rushed or pushy, and really took the time to make sure I understood my options and how things would be covered under insurance. Her staff was friendly and professional, and the whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m so glad I found this office and highly recommend them!
