prices too high. went elsewhere
It's a 2015 Jeep with 273 miles on it for crying out loud. It's not my fault that you over stocked in 2015 and couldn't sell it. They should honor the $28,000 price on cargurus. I say let the Jeep sit there on the lot and rust to the ground. Classic bait and switch on price. As the old saying says, "If it's too good to be true then it is.
Most email message were not replied to. People were professional when they responded, but most message were not answered.
Responded promptly
Very responsive. There were no photos of the Aztek on the website yet and the gentleman I spoke with (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) immediately went out to take photos of the car and sent them to me by email. He definitely followed up with me; however, I was having difficulty finding time in my schedule to make the drive to Pittsburgh to look at the car (and ended up buying a car closer to home).
Had to follow my email with a couple calls. Once they called back the vehicle inhad called about didn't exist. They were supposed to call back but never did
