Overall good experience. Little confusion regarding a warranty I was told it had and then it didn’t! But the dealership honored what I was told and in the end they were a good dealership to do business with.

I ended up spending a lot of time communicating with the sales staff at Ron Lewis CDJR in Pleasant Hills. I ended up getting one of their Pacifica Hybrids on site and so far I love it. They were actually willing to do some negotiations on price, which is unusual for hybrids. We are very happy with the deal we made with them and would recommend that you contact their staff. Both salesman we worked with, Eric and Ryan, did a great job answering our questions and helping us work a deal.

They were prompt at getting back to me. All the ppl were very good at listening to what I wanted and the payments I wanted to be at and tried very hard to get me what I wanted and did so. The only thing is don’t expect to go right in and out but I look at it this way. All good things come to ppl who don’t mind waiting.

The only reason I don't have a newer car right now is because I didn't move fast enough obtaining my loan from USAA. Lesson learned (again). Still using Car Gurus to find my next buggy. The dealership is great and attentive. I've walked into other dealerships and was completely ignored. Not at Ron Lewis Chrysler, Jeep, etc., they paid attention. They actually changed my view of Pleasent Hills a little bit. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and engage them. I will be better prepared next time!
